Technical Business AnalystQuality Analyst Systems Integration Development Inc. (SID), an IT solutions provider is currently seeking a Technical Business AnalystQuality Analyst. This is a full-time position located in Silver Spring, MD. Roles and Responsibilities Support the design or modification of business systems or IT systems Interact with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts to elicit requirements Gather and document business and technical needs and requirements Define user stories and acceptance criteria as per the release requirements Create screen mockups and process flows as per the requirements Create, document and maintain requirements and testing documents Develop and maintains test plans and test cases in accordance with existing requirements Execute test scripts and generate test results Work with QA to support the development of test cases Develop and maintain software development documentation as necessary Co-ordinate testing between various teams and supervise UAT testing efforts. Experience 4-6 years of experience in Business AnalysisSoftware testing is required Experience in soliciting and documenting IT requirements, technical writing and document preparation Ability to demonstrate good communication skills Experience working in Agile methodology Experience working with software development processes is required Skills Ability to understand and interpret functional requirements and business practices Familiar with SQL queries, prepare basic ad hoc reports Working knowledge of defect tracking, quality principles and testing tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate process changes, enhancements, and modifications with application users, and other technical staff Knowledge of Altassian Tools (JIRA) or comparable Agile suite Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment Must be organized and detail-oriented Preferred skills include experience with MS Visio, Selenium automation testing tool Additional Requirements Candidate must meet requirements to obtain and maintain a minimum Background Investigation clearance.
