Eastport Analytics is looking for a driven and strategically minded individual with masterful communication skills to join our team as a Business Analyst. This position will develop a deep understanding of our client's complex mission challenges and envision strategic and creative analytical solutions in order to achieve maximum organizational impact. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and has extensive experience in quantitative data analysis, strategic plan development, implementation roadmaps, requirements elicitation, and business process mapping. Project Management, Change Management or Process Improvement training and/or certifications are a plus 2+ years hands on data analysis using relational, NoSQL or graph databases, or applying statistical models in Python, SAS or R 2+ years full stack software development using Java or JavaScript, RDBMS, and current development frameworks 2+ years in tax compliance, financial investigations, AML, etc. desired Ability to obtain a security clearance (US Citizenship required)
