Community Managers: At least 1 year experience as an apartment Community Manager / Property Manager required. Experience with third part management, large properties, luxury Class A properties preferred. Budget experience required.Assistant Managers: At least 1 year experience in residential property management in an Assistant Manager role or related experience in collections/bookkeeping required.Leasing Managers: At least 1 year experience in leasing management role and/or related experience required. Strong history of Leasing/Sales Management with the ability to direct and motivate a sales team, strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Knowledge of Yardi or Onesite (based on business need) preferred.Leasing Professionals: At least 1 year experience in a leasing or real estate role, and/or excellent customer service and sales experience required. Must have outstanding customer service and sales ability and strong verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, candidates must be organized and possess strong computer skills.Service Supervisors: At least 2 years experience required in apartment Maintenance/Service Supervisor role preferred, or supervisor role in related field of maintenance. HVAC, EPA, CPO certification, and bilingual skills strongly preferred.Service Technicians: At least 1 year experience required in apartment maintenance/service role or similar field of maintenance.
