The Outside Sales Consultant willThis position is 100% commission with benefits. For the first 6 months in this role you will be compensated through a "Greater than" commission model. This program is designed to ensure that new sales reps joining our organization are set up to succeed Drive to customer homes for their set appointments. Bring samples of materials for their home improvement project. Utilize the laptop/iPad and software that we provide to show them the before and after look of their space; similar to the popular home improvement reality shows. Speak to the customer about their financing options. Engage in conversation listen and share knowledge regarding products and services to assist them in making the best choice for the designs. Close the sale.
