Software QA Analyst II

Software QA Analyst II for American Institutes for Research to work at our Washington DC loc. Perf Unit, Integration, Acceptance, Function System, Security and Backend testing. Ensure appropriate coverage of bus + app funct in test cases for regression testing. Prov accurate + timely logging of issues to bug logging syst. Collect + rep testing rel metrics to Lead for all tasks. Interact w/ int users to obtain + convey problem info in prof manner by phone, email + in person. Work on small QA projs independently to completion w/ min supervision. Prioritize tasks effectively + work in challenging environment within parameters of deliv deadlines. May undergo background checks. Must have Bachelors in Comp Sci or rel and 3 yrs manual software testing exp in a QA team performing White Box testing of web apps in GUI and data layer. Also reqs the following skills: (3 yrs exp) in writing test plans and test cases; cross browsers/cross platforms; working in Agile environment; and (2 yrs exp) in SQL and databases.
