Job Description As a Systems Engineer, you will perform administration duties for server systems, deploy software updates and assist with installation and system recovery as needed, support system documentation and accreditation activities, monitor system performance, coordinate software agent deployment, troubleshoot agent coverage issues, troubleshoot network connectivity and systems infrastructure issues, and provide coordination/recommendations during infrastructure reconfiguration. What you'll be doing The Systems Engineer's primary responsibility will be to provide server deployment, configuration and administration support for an operational commercial software system that performs tailored audit capture, routing, and analysis functions. The system is designed to provide a near-real-time capability spanning multiple networks. Documentation of system processes and product vendor assistance will be provided for installation of software upgrades, bug fixes, and specialized system tuning. The candidate may perform some limited script development to support special requests from system users.
