Framebridge is seeking a highly curious, results-oriented creative marketer to drive our email marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is obsessed with customers and finding what motivates them, has an analytical approach, and an intrinsic drive to meet lofty revenue KPIs, represent and build brand affinity, and increase the lifetime value of Framebridge customers. If you are always looking to understand customers, subscribed to hundreds of email lists just to see what tactics are working, and simply love to figure out what makes consumers tick, this is the role for you! This role is based in Washington DC. It sits within the Marketing department and reports to the VP Marketing. What you'll do: Develop and execute communication strategy to increase customer acquisition & lifetime value, by engaging customers with personalized, targeted, relevant marketing communications Work with stakeholders and the creative team to design and build relevant, fun and engaging lifecycles for customers. Create email, sms and push campaigns to target customers to change user behavior Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, creative and cx teams to create a cohesive email marketing calendar QA, execute and report on email campaigns using Zaius. Guide go-forward investments in marketing technology related to supporting customer outreach campaigns. Report on KPIs across channels and partner with the Analytics team when needed Plan, execute and report on a/b and multivariate tests to drive engagement Report on campaign success to the larger team on a weekly basis Analyze and monitor KPI's including open rates, conversions and lifetime value to continuously optimize campaigns Continually challenge the team and present ideas on how to maximize messaging to better engage the customer at key times Test, learn and refine all communications to continually optimize results to meet KPIs Obsess over staying informed with the industry in everything from deliverability, to send frequency, to subject line best practices and best-in-class creative approaches Research motivations and understand customer sentiment to inform development of lifecycle campaigns Qualifications 2+ years managing an email marketing program - preferably at an ecommerce company Experience using Zaius and/or other B2C email/CRM solutions (Bronto, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing cloud) Experience at a consumer-oriented company with a broad, loyal customer base. Proven consumer digital marketing experience spanning email, social, retargeting, display and other channels. A clear curiosity for marketing trends and how it relates to your focus areas. Strong cross-functional player with ability to educate and influence stakeholders across the company, representing the voice of the customer. Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and nurture cross-functional projects to fruition, aligning team members around deliverables and success metrics. Demonstrated ability to analyze, troubleshoot solve operational and technical issues Excellent project management and multi-tasking abilities Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets Extremely detail oriented & well organized Strong verbal and written communication skills Team player with ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment A winning attitude that can thrive in a quickly-growing company where plans, projects and team directions can change overnight.
