Job involves receiving executed closing and legal documents after the closing has occured, completing lender packages, recording and dispersing funds, follwing up with counties to provide clients and lenders recorded documents and title insurance packages. Post-closer is also responsible for resolving after closing clients and lender issues. Post closing experience a plus, but not mandatory. Good accounting/bookkeeping skills a plus. Salary - VERY COMPETITIVE.
