Those that distinguish themselves will benefit from a significant number of opportunities to move upward within our organization and to create a long-term, stable and rewarding career within the SRAG family.Automotive BodymanRoles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Perform all bodywork listed on the repair order to MAACO Quality Standards.Produce a minimum of $2,500 per week in completed bodywork.Work easiest vehicles first.Work on at least two vehicles at a time to eliminate down time.Complete all work to make the car "ready for the paintline" ("tubeable").Use all materials in an efficient manner so as not to exceed materials cost of 7% of body labor sales.Use and maintain all MAACO equipment in a safe and judicious manner as defined by management.Maintain workstation in a clean and efficiently organized manner as defined by management.Adhere to all health regulations and utilize all safety equipment as defined by management.Adhere to all safety rules in dealing with hazardous materials as defined by management.Assist in management's training efforts to develop new employees.Requires bending and lifting. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.Must possess a valid driver's license, have a clean driving record, and the ability to drive vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions.Requirements:High school diploma/GED or certificate/ associate's degree program in auto body and paint technology or equivalent life experience.Requires bending and lifting.
