Responsibilities

If selected for this position, you will lead and supervise a team responsible for the human resources accountability program. Typical work assignments will include:

-Serve as the HR Accountability Program Manager for the Executive Office for Unites States Attorneys (EOUSA).
-Provide leadership and expert policy and technical guidance on the HR Accountability program.
-Develop, lead and monitor a comprehensive HR Accountability program through a staff of HR Specialists and support staff.
-Serve as a manager in the development, implementation, operation and ongoing assessment of human resources management evaluations.
-Developing activities designed to develop technical skills and abilities of HR staff.

Qualifications

To qualify for the GS-14 level, applicants must have at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as participating in the development, implementation, and operation of ongoing assessments and accountability reviews of a variety of federal civilian human resources management programs; providing leadership and guidance on federal civilian human resources policies and procedures; and, developing training activities or resources to increase the technical skills of HR staff.

Interagency Career Transition Assistance Plan (ICTAP)- The ICTAP provides eligible displaced Federal competitive service employees with selection priority over other candidates for competitive service vacancies. If your agency has notified you in writing that you are a displaced employee eligible for ICTAP consideration, you may receive selection priority if: 1) this vacancy is within your ICTAP eligibility; 2) you apply under the instructions in the announcement; and 3) you are found well-qualified for this vacancy. To be well-qualified, you must satisfy all qualification requirements for the vacant position and receive a score of 85 or better on established ranking criteria.
