Applicants should have at least 5 - 7 years of experience working as a Paralegal handling Maryland Circuit Court and Federal Court level complex personal injury litigation matters. Experience with DC cases is a plus. Applicants should be adept in managing an aggressive case load, communicating with clients, drafting and completing written discovery, drafting basic motions, trial preparation, managing case files, and maintaining a litigation calendar. The Paralegal must be highly organized, a self-starter, detail oriented, reliable, and have the ability to work and become part of a demanding litigation team.
