Account and prepare all documents for precision scanning into the electronic medical record with strict attention to maintain patient confidentiality guidelines for safeguarding patient medical information. Required to work within many different computer environments to track, scan, identify, validate and access medical records. Responsible to maintain data and statistics to support activities.

Ability to multi task in a rapidly changing environment and prioritize tasks/functions. Work individually and in a team environment. Have organizational skills, eye-hand coordination, strong attention to detail, able to problem solve and meet process document standards as established.
