Do you have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of editorial experience? Our client, a prestigious medical association in Washington, DC is currently seeking a possible Temp-to-Hire Editorial Coordinator to coordinate extensive review processes with an editorial board and work closely with the Managing Editor of their external publications.
Responsibilities will include compiling and writing first draft of content such as calendar events, updates in their area of medicine and FDA announcements. Will also research and write monthly mini features on their association’s news and programs and coordinate other relevant news items for publication.
A Bachelor’s degree in English, science or a related field and at least 3 years of editorial experience is required, preferably with scientific or medical writing.
