We are looking for a highly energetic, motivated, and experienced self starter to fill our Community Liaison opening. The Community Liaison position is a career changing experience for someone who is passionate about making a difference in our community and the lives of the aging adults we serve. This position will serve both offices (Fredericksburg and Culpeper) engaging in networking activities that promote business development, community involvement, and relationship building with health care and many other community partners. You will be expected to research and pursue new referral sources and to enhance and maintain existing client referral sources. This will include presentations to educate and inform referral sources and the public on a variety of topics related to in-home care, aging issues, and family dynamics. You will research, schedule and successfully execute regular community marketing events including health fairs, senior expos, and other events that promote our services to the general public. The position will involve establishing Advertising and Marketing Plans, website maintenance, and email marketing.
