Sr. Level Technical Recruiter SBG Technology Solutions, Inc. (SBG) is growing and would like you to come and join our team! SBG, a service- disabled veteran owned small business specializing in engineering, information technology, cyber-security, and training, is looking for a results-oriented Technical Recruiter. We are seeking a highly motivated individual looking to join our rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced individual who is hard-working, and has the ability to excel in a fast-paced government contractor environment, and is someone who has a positive energetic attitude. This position is located in Alexandria, VA. Key Responsibilities Identify, source and engage candidates through creative and innovative sourcing approaches Provide market research to support candidate and geographic profiling to guide recruiting in various locations Provide general human resources administrative skills Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge, skills, and the ability to utilize all major job-boards search capabilities including social media outlets effectively Review, pre-screen and interview candidates to determine appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the full-life cycle recruiting (ie communicate status, answer questions and coordinate all follow-up efforts) Ensure consistent communication regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates to all stakeholders through meetings, email updates, and reports Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts, with specific attention paid to continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline Understand the recruiting market and the recruiting life cycles to be a source of information consultant to the Business Units Perform other duties as assigned Position Requirements S degree in business or related fields of study 7+ years of successful technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume government contracting environment Experience in recruiting cleared IT professionals Provide excellent support to candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a world-class candidate experience Ability to build strong, productive relationships with hiring managers Experience in full lifecycle recruiting, including screening, negotiationsclosing, and candidate relationship management Demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability Experience working with multiple applicant tracking systems (ATS) Able to handle confidential information discreetly Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency Strong interpersonal and organizational skills We offer a very competitive benefits package, in a family-friendly environment.
