Job Description Our direct client has an immediate opening for an internal Internal Talent Mobility Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a 4-5 month contract as follows Interaction with employees and collaboration with management and leadership staff (Senior Level Managers (VP, Directors, Hiring Manager, etc.), HR Managers, ManagersSupervisors, Resource Managers Staffing Managers, and Recruiters) within the client and other GD Companies to assist in the placement of employee(s). Supporting the staffing of business opportunities via the redeployment of available employee(s) into other programscontracts. You ll work with division, sector, and programproject teams to understand the staffing needs across the organization, and match those needs to a pipeline of potential and available employee(s). Advocating on behalf of the employee(s) with the client's recruiters and managers for placement opportunities. You ll interact with employee(s) in person, via email, or telephone to answer questions and address concerns regarding the Internal Talent Mobility process. You ll provide guidance on seeking new opportunities, resource tools for placement assistance, update statuses on applicant submittals, and conduct coaching on resume writing, interviewing skills, etc. Work with managers to identify employee(s) who meet customer requirements to help meet their needs for permanent, temporaryshort-term positions and proposal efforts. Brief the Internal Talent Mobility process at the weekly Placement Assistance Brown Bag sessions to provide guidance and set expectations with employee(s). Work with senior level managers regarding contract loss, briefing processes, and providing advice and suggestions for collaborating with employees during the placement process. Occasional Domestic and International travel to assist employees losing funding and to brief the Internal Talent Mobility process. You ll conduct teleconference calls with employees and managers. This includes but is not limited to webinars, teleconferences, or skype meetings to communicate with non-local employees. Dispositioning and working with employee(s) who apply to client's requisitions. This includes reaching out to employee(s), Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Resource Managers and HR managers for the appropriate contract. You ll verify transfer eligibility, clearances, prescreening, forwarding resumesrates to hiring manager, scheduling interviews (phone or in person) negotiating transition timeline, and closing the loop with employee(s). Conduct Re-compete Needs Analysis with Program Leaderships, and implement effective staffing plans to ensure our employees are prepared and ready to service to needs upon contract award, or prepared to deploy immediately onto new contracts in the event of a contract loss.
