Clearance Active Secret clearance required. The Radar Field Service Representative Lead will manage the daily functions of field service requirements for the radar programs, covering systems integration, operations, logistics, sustainment and support services. Technical point of contact to external radar customers to ensure radar requirements are met and end-user satisfaction. Position requires in-theatre deployment for short periods of time. Essential Functions Assist engineering by designing, testing, fabricating, andor troubleshooting a process, system, assembly, or product. Coordinate with internal teams on a variety of products and processes, including engineering specifications, drawings, models, manuals, processes, or bill of materials. Regularly engage with external customers as the technical expert of the radar system. Support stakeholder meetings and respond to customer requests for information. Coordinate with stakeholders and lead the installations of radar hardware on a variety of platforms. Perform onsite repairs, upgrades, replacements, preventativecorrective maintenance required on the system. Manage FSR schedules and assign team members to ensure requirements are met. Provide warranty support, which includes receipt, evaluation, troubleshooting, rework or repair, acceptance test, packaging, shipping and objective evidence documentation. Lead radar demonstrations and train system users, as required. Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations on projects. Available for short-term in-theatre deployments, if needed. Responsible for compliance with all safety, quality, and quantity standards through installation and operation processes. Responsible for the training, development, and performance of Team Members. Promote and maintain the highest possible environment of teamwork and collaboration. Maintain records on direct reports for attendance and performance and administer annual team member performance reviews and goal setting. May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature andor assist in other areas as needed. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in technical field. Minimum 5 years related experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated leadership, analytical and decision-making skills. Accuracy in record keeping. Knowledge of all materials being used. Knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions for the trades involved. Knowledge of quality control practices. Ability to coach, mentor, and empower team members to succeed. High level of patience and service. Ability to motivate team members. Problem-solving abilities. Ability to identify waste and creatively look for solutions. Ability to be flexible and multitask. Proficient with a computer, including Microsoft Office. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
