Director, Staffing Location: Open - Remote considered for the right person Summary Do you have technical recruiting and software project staffing experience? Do you speak tech? Can you recognize the difference between Python, Java, SQL, and Angular? Have you worked in technical leadership or recruiting role supporting full-cycle staffing efforts? If so you might be just the individual we're seeking for our Director, Staffing position at Catalyte. Use your energy and enthusiasm to help us staff client projects with America's best software engineering teams. Staffing at Catalyte consists of working with the Revenue team to identifying client demand and need, and with the Delivery team to match internal (and external, with the help of the Recruiting function) resources with available positions/projects, managing our resource pool, keeping our staff happy, and ensuring that they stay billable. Staffing is the central hub that enables successful engagements here at Catalyte. The Director, Staffing will report directly to the Chief People Officer. Responsibilities Organizing and running all staffing activities Help recruit and contract senior software engineers Screen and efficiently match candidates to staffing requests Partner with Revenue to respond quickly and efficiently to client staffing requests and obtain resource confirmations Keep the organization updated on all staffing operations by maintaining accurate records Continue to streamline the staffing process for increasing efficiencies Qualifications 7+ years of experience in technical leadership or recruiting and staffing Strong capabilities in staffing senior level developers on projects Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Clear understanding and experience in the full staffing lifecycle Can easily thrive working in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment Detail-oriented, organized and a good team player Proficiency with Google Suite Leadership or recruiting for high-tech industries is strongly preferred
