Job Description:Personal Line Representative & Technical Support RESPONSIBILITIES: Prospecting, Sales, Service & Renewals: Works with Prospective & Existing Customers who call or walk in, pre-qualifies, and establishes needs Obtains and prepares proposals Provides Analysis and recommends appropriate coverage Cross sells additional lines of coverage Completes applications for insurance and submits to appropriate carrier Follows up to ensure timely receipt of quotes & policies Processes renewals & remarkets as needed Assists clients with coverage changes Responds to customer inquiries Completes all service requests Prepares summaries of insurance, schedules & proposals Products: Keeps informed of current industry information/laws, new product information, and technological advances Reports: Accurately completes Applied Systems sales & renewal activity reports in timely manner Completes Excel Spreadsheets upon request Provides weekly update to Project List in timely manner Technical Support: Oversees computer systems & troubleshoots problems with hardware & software Is Main contact for all agency equipment, including computers, laptops, printers, etc. & required training Assists associates with training of new systems, template & form development Maintains & updates upgrades to website in timely manner Completes development of forms and templates for Personal Lines and any other projects assigned by President SKILLS:Technical: Applied Systems experience Excel Microsoft Word PowerPoint Microsoft Suite Proficient or MS Certified Marketing Oriented Professional: Self-Motivated and works well independently Ability to work with customers at all levels, as well as carriers & associates Ability to maintain confidential data Marketing Oriented Professional Continued: Excellent written & verbal communication skills Ability to meet deadlines Good Phone Manners Effective time management skills Ability to prioritize and multi task Detail Oriented Knowledge: Has a good understanding of commercial coverage lines & sales Has a basic understanding of carrier supplies Licensure: P & C License & Appointment in required states Please email resume to : ssatouri@questinsurance.us
