The Recruiter will match people with roles, communicate with managers and candidates, and analyze talent data. The Recruiter will also manage all plans and systems to ensure that recruiting goals are achieved. Responsibilities: Create a plan to achieve recruitment and selection goals Build social media campaigns to attract high quality talent Engage with organizations and candidates to enhance and develop the talent brand Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure smooth application and selection process for candidates and hiring managers Compile talent data for talent strategy across the organizationQualifications: Bachelor's degree Experience working with ATS or HRIS At least two years of experience in a school setting or recruiting Exceptional verbal and communication skills
