ZP Group is seeking a Corporate Contracts Attorney to assist in the review, drafting, and negotiating of all corporate contracts, including services agreements for three operating units a cybersecurity firm (The Crypsis Group), a government subcontractor (Zachary Piper Solutions), and a commercial staffing company (Piper Companies). This position will provide a phenomenal exposure into contracts law, writing, and negotiation, while supporting internal counsel. ZP Group is a rapidly expanding organization with unwavering plans to grow significantly year over year. The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for cradle-to-grave contracts administration, and will be responsible for the preparation, negotiation, and administration of agreements with customers. Responsibilities of the Corporate Contracts Attorney Coordinate the full-lifecycle contracts management process in a high-volume environment with quick turnaround times Subcontract management, including communicating contract compliance requirements Review, modify, and negotiate all contract provisions, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), Master Services Agreements (MSAs), and contract mods Use SharePoint to ensure appropriate documents are on file such as fully executed agreements and other contract compliance documents as required for audit purposes Coordinate various types of agreements and other contractual documents with additional corporate functions, such as accounting, legal, security, and tax Initiate and foster collaborative relationships both internally and externally Required Qualifications of the Corporate Contracts Attorney Juris Doctorate or Masters in legal studies field required 3 years professional experience as a Contracts Attorney Experience analyzing, formulating, and negotiating contract documents Ability to efficiently read voluminous documents and identify and communicate key takeaways Excellent oralwritten communication, analytical and organizational skills Willing to work long hours as needed, including occasional evenings and weekends under a high work volume, high turnaround environment Ability to manage multiple work assignments and meet critical deadlines Ability to analyze and negotiate template-driven legal agreements Compensation of the Corporate Contracts Attorney Salary 90,000 to 110,000year Bonus Benefits United Healthcare Medical, Guardian Dental, VSP Vision, 401k w 3 Match through Voya, Remote Flexibility (1 to 2 days per week)
