This position is a development role with a track to a General Manager position. Salary is based on experience and skill set and candidates who meet and maintain all requirements have the opportunity it earn up to $70,000 per year. Duties Include, But Are Not Limited to the Following : Be present and hands-on with all operations during shift to ensure outstanding service for our guests Oversee FOH operations on a daily basis Direct and supervise FOH employees on a daily basis Lead and manage the development and growth of servers, bartenders, hosts, and food runners Manage costs in all FOH departments (labor, food cost, liquor cost, and controlling expenses) Work closely with owners on maintaining their vision and goals for day-to-day operations and growing the brand. Lead and manage the interview, hiring, and training process of new employees Address any guests' concerns graciously and efficiently Ensure all food served maintains the highest food quality standards Perform additional duties as needed for restaurant operations Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in a restaurant management position, preferably in an Assistant General Manager position Proven record of progressive growth and measurable success in your current position and/or previous employment Must have and maintain an active ServSafe Managers Certification.
