Job Description We are seeking a Child and Family Mental Health Professional to join our team! You will provide counseling and therapy services to children with social, emotional, behavioral, and/or developmental challenges. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor child and family progress. Develop collaborative relationships with parents, their child, and other involved community partners to reduce the symptoms of social, emotional, behavioral, and/or developmental disorders Promote parent understanding of the child's challenges and identify strategies parents can use to support their child in the home and in their community Provide family centered services and child specific evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents Participate in community team meetings as needed Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner Qualifications: Masters level degree in social work and psychological counseling Minimum of one year experience working with children and adolescents Familiarity with community mental health resources Excellent written and verbal communications skills Ability work collaboratively with clients Strong organizational skills
