Responsibilities Maintaining and enhancements of PPM workflows, request types report types Project Management, Financial management etc. Working in Oracle PLSQL scripts for reporting metrics, DB views, third party app integration, Data Repair etc. Day to Day Production support of PPM Application in current 9.22 version. Troubleshooting issues working with clients to resolve them Maintaining integration processes. Knowledge about APM Framework. Working with Business Objects Team and PMOs to solve issues Run daily operational calls for IT Apps, Documentum, LMS portfolios Work closely with IT CI Operations for Patch management and scheduling. Required Skills Understanding and development experience with database platforms minimum of Oracle 11x Ability to debug SQL code, for example.
