JOB SUMMARY As a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager, the candidate will lead and manage various projects in support of the Infrastructure PMO. They will be proficient at leading heavily matrixed teams to deliver Infrastructure projects on time, within budget, while meeting company expectations. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of projects, on an enterprise level, or for a major PMO program with multiple releases and work streams. Verifies project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives. In this role, the candidate will have responsibility over enterprise initiatives, and management of continent engagement, ie calls, actions, risks, communications. This person must be a motivated self-starter that possesses great attention to detail, note taking skills and have a high level of confidence when working with C level executives, running executive meetings and presenting to executives. This role will also have responsibility to provide PM support to other initiatives as identified from the Infrastructure PMO and office of the SVP of iT Delivery. CORE WORK ACTIVITIES Project Leadership Directs the work of project team, including other project managers Identifies and deploys resources required for projects Functions as escalation to project teams to resolve issues Reports project status to Leadership in weekly meetings Managing Projects Plans projects, including requirements, cost, schedule, and deliverables to meet business need. Identifies project milestones and required tasks. Manages project risk and budget. Tracks project performance. Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel Informs the appropriate stakeholders of project status and issues Interfaces with vendor(s) for programs under direct control
