Junior Pre-Sales Solutions ConsultantLocation: Bethesda, MDThis is a full-time position in our downtown Bethesda, MD office (easy access from Metro's Red Line).WealthEngine (WE) is seeking a Junior Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to support the Pre-Sales and Sales teams by running our use case test process and building out compelling sales presentations to drive sales to closure.Our technology powers the campaigns of some of the biggest non-profits, universities, financial service firms, and luxury brands in the country. Using actionable wealth and lifestyle insights, WE fuels highly-targeted campaigns that continuously deliver measured outcomes. The WE platform is powered by more than half a trillion data points and uses proprietary learning science to create WE profiles for more than 250M people in the US.If you are excited to work hand in hand with the Sales team to drive WealthEngine's ACV and deliver vision presentations, support the RFP and proposal process, and build sales enablement content, then we want to talk with you right away!Clients use our technology to accelerate their campaigns. We help them find and influence wealthy individuals who have the capacity and propensity to donate to their cause.Here's What You'll Do Work closely with the Sales team on pitches and proposals for business Attend meetings with Sales Executives and act as a technical expert Support the creation of business cases for the Sales teams to support proposals Ensure the company's product can deliver on the customer's requirements Work closely with customers to understand and capture requirements Reply to customers following requests for information and proposal requests Deliver marketing webinars Other duties as assigned at manager's discretion Along The Way, You Will Also Participate in strategy meetings with the Sales and Marketing teams Participate in company training and professional development opportunities - and also in our parties and picnics! What We're Looking For In You Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience 1-2 years' experience in a Pre-Sales or consulting role with a technology company Working experience in consultative selling Knowledge of technology platforms/applications Comfortable working in a highly technical environment Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills; with the ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization, including C-level communication Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, marketing, or teams supported Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities Self-starter with the ability to work with limited instruction Experience with Salesforce or Customer Relationship Management solutions preferred An understanding of marketing and marketing analytics is a plus Perks Medical/Dental/Vision and Flex Spending Account Paid holidays and vacation 401k plan Parking or public transportation travel allowance Lots more!
