Overview This position is responsible for full cycle acquisition and retention of Alliance members. Inclusive is conducting new and existing member outreach via written and phone communications; developing and acting on lead generation campaigns; contributing on event planning strategies; overseeing the membership invoicing strategy; managing and growing an emerging technician education program; and introducing other membership enhancement programs. Work will primarily be driven by email and phone interaction and occasional overnight travel to US-based events with members and prospects. Responsibilities Serve as primary point of contact for and oversee new member sales and membership renewals and formulate annual membership and membership services budgets and measures; Receive warm membership leads from Alliance staff, members, prospecting events, and other sources and convert to membership status; Fulfill new member welcome packets and calls, verify receipt of member benefits, and interact with Alliance staff to discover membership service improvement opportunities; Interact with members to understand their needs, identify new and prospective member opportunities, and encourage engagement with other Alliance services; Ensure that membership invoicing is conducted by Accounting Department in accordance with Alliance policies; Serve as primary resource for membership information accuracy and ensure member CRM is maintained by Alliance staff in compliance with best practices; Engage with Alliance communications staff on the development of EWA membership marketing collateral, website, and advertisements to ensure fresh and relevant materials are utilized in recruitment and retention activities; Assist with new membership programs development and service onboarding for members, including invoicing automation, online communities, and website improvements; Represent EWA at 6-8 industry events in the US throughout the year, requiring 2-5 nights travel each, and assist with pre-event marketing and on-site collateral and booth asset shipping logistics, and conduct post-event outreach; and Oversee related projects such as growing an emerging education and training program, and other duties as assigned.
