Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group is partnering with a prominent private corporation servicing the federal government that has positions open for a Subcontracts Admin role. In this role, you will be managing in depth award programs and Government proposals. Responsibilities:
  • Develop, negotiate and administer various subcontract types, NDAs and Teaming Agreements within client requirements and FAR/DFAR procurement policies and procedures
  • Manage and coordinate pre-award subcontract/subcontract proposal functions
  • Create subcontract RFPs in support of prime contract solicitations
  • Review prime solicitations ensuring the RFP contains associated requirements
  • Assess proposals regarding compliance and risks to the solicitation
  • Perform price and cost analysis from negotiations and other subcontract or other agreement provisions

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • This position requires a Bachelors Degree
  • 3+ years related subcontracts experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of cost accounting principles to include direct and indirect cost components and factors
  • Knowledgeable of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Agency FAR Supplements
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook with an emphasis on Excel
  • Professional Purchasing Certifications -Preferred
  • Experience with Deltek, Cost Point
  • Experience working under an Approved Government Purchasing System (CPSR)
