The Business Process Professional is within the Client Management Team (CM) in the Multifamily Division at Freddie Mac. The CM Team delivers business process and systems transformation for Multifamily business. A successful candidate will embrace the opportunity to learn about the Multifamily business through the eyes of our clients, both internal and external.

Your Work Will Primarily Fall Into the Following Categories:

Customer Support
  • Understand and deliver on customer needs
  • Collaborate with key business and IT partners, both internal and external, across divisions
  • Execute business requirements creation, user acceptance testing and integration across projects
  • Seek solutions that meet the need of the business which result in process efficiency, provide business change flexibility, and increase Multifamily's ability to manage and leverage data

Process Analysis
  • Perform high-level project management and analysis duties
  • Actively participate in Multifamily business process and technology projects, including business process, systems, rollout and adoption
  • Offer improvements while challenging the status-quo

Project Support
  • Lead project activities, facilitate meetings, and drive adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements
  • Provide directions to indirect reports
    Serve as primary liaison to Delivery Services and/or vendors for any development efforts
  • Provide thought leadership and work as part of a collaborative CM team to develop solutions to business needs that strike the optimal balance between functional capabilities, flexibility, and cost


  • Typically has Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related field or equivalent work experience
  • 4-6 years of related professional work experience managing and implementing mission critical business applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proven leadership and executive level interaction and partnership with functional/business unit leaders
  • Familiarity with different development life-cycles and methodologies as well as business analysis and requirements (specifically in Waterfall, Agile, SAFE & Scrum)
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing business environment and manage multiple tasks
