For more information, visit https://www.threatq.com.As the Marketing Coordinator at ThreatQuotient, you'll use your communication and organizational skills to ensure that marketing projects get done on-schedule and on-budget. You'll also have the opportunity to help take these projects to the next level as we grow.You're super organized and detail-oriented. You have a passion and curiosity for all aspects of marketing and aren't afraid to jump into new projects or try fresh ideas. You like to solve problems and help others succeed.If you are a quick self-learner who enjoys working both collaboratively and with autonomy in a fast-paced environment, then we want to meet you. In this entry-level position, you'll be working on things like:Coordinate all activities related to ThreatQuotient's North America presence at external events, including logistics management, communications, budget, and all other aspects of our participationServe as liaison with third-party vendors and consultants to maintain effective communications, timelines, delivery and billing for eventsWork closely with internal teams to provide input relative to the development of the supporting communication materials for events including email blasts, website updates and digital activitiesCoordinate the selection and ordering of marketing premiums (swag), print materials, booths as neededCapture data and feedback for analysis of events to lead performance measurement used in recommendations for enhancements, improvements, or realignmentManage monthly email newsletter - gathering creative assets, writing copy and deploymentFacilitate quarterly marketing metrics reportingMaintain marketing database, including regular data review and clean-upSupport the delivery of new customer on-boarding packagesAssist in the development and provide creative ideas for marketing initiativesOther duties as assigned What you'll be bringing with you:Strong project management, organization and time management skillsAbility to balance and prioritize multiple responsibilitiesExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain successful collaborative relationships across internal constituents and external vendor/suppliersProductive team member, solutions-oriented with a keen eye for detailsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteFlexibility to travel domestically to events (up to 50%)Bachelor's degree preferredBonus points for familiarity with Salesforce.com and/or marketing automation (Marketo, Eloqua, etc.)ThreatQuotient is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate, nor will tolerate discrimination, on the basis of race, age, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, ethnic or national origin, or handicap or disability.
