Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities as well as complex projects with an innate ability to self-motivate, communicate effectively and solve problems are the skill sets to captivate the client's attention.The following duties will be performed: Attending hearing at federal courts Maintaining case pleadings Coordinating document retrieval Organizing and preparing trial binders and privilege logs Assisting with trial site preparation Aiding in the finalization of briefs, motions, exhibits, subpoenas, etc. Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda based on researchInterested in learning more?
