So, let's discover the future together - apply today!Job Responsibilities:? ?Provide customer support for Spirent's Service Experience Business Unit services and products.? ?Provide in-depth technical support to customers with regards to the testing tools, methodologies, best practices, and technology.? ?Make the customer experience better while using the Spirent solutions.? ?Provide training on Spirent solutions to customers.? ?Deliver the Spirent solutions to customers on time and accurately.? ?Work with Spirent internal stakeholders to make sure Spirent solutions are being delivered to the customers in a timely manner.? ?Follow-up with customers on renewals, support and maintenance, and other license related items.? ?Work with the Sales team on new opportunities driven through support calls.? ?Work with Finance and Accounting to make sure orders are processed.? ?Work with the Product Development teams to ensure updates and new releases are delivered and communicated in advance to customers.? ?Communicate new requirements from customers regarding the solutions to internal stakeholders.? ?Communicate new requirements about the solution that can make the solutions more customer friendly.Job Requirements: Bachelor?s degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of experience, Master?s degree, or equivalent work experience. Previous customer facing experience is required to be successful in this role. Knowledge of 4G/5G network technologies, data, video, and voice protocols. Ability to analyze Device logs (Layer 1 to Layer 3) to troubleshoot issues. Field testing experience using solutions such as TEMS/NEMO/Accuver. Experience with Post Processing tools such as Actix/Windcatcher. Occasional travel to customer sites. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
