We are seeking a highly experienced thought leader to lead our clients Talent Acquisition efforts.?The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for defining and leading our client's talent transformation. The Director must have the strategy and communication skills to support the growth of our clients talent road map and strengthen their recruiting model and programs. As a?senior member of the Corporation?s Human Resources Team, you'll partner with stakeholders to identify talent gaps, develop and implement?recruiting tools and processes, and scale the overall Talent Management organization.Our client is a trusted operator of Federally Funded R&D centers and they are on a mission to?make the world a safer place. You?ll provide leadership, advocacy and vision to the executive team?as well as architect and execute full cycle recruiting to drive predictable outcomes while balancing innovation,?efficiency and quality. Ideal candidates must be able to work with people at all levels of a multi-generational?and diverse organization and operate at both a strategic and tactical level. You will need to be capable and?excited about rolling your sleeves up and digging into the details to re engineer and relaunch this critical?function.Job Description? Partner with business leaders to establish and implement a vision for strategy that drives the?successful recruitment of targeted talent internally and externally.? Ensure a multi-generational, inclusive and diverse workforce.? Direct and manage full cycle recruiting efforts including branding, selection, interviewing, social media,?hiring manager training, metrics and reporting analytics.? Cultivate partnerships with universities and oversee the management of a large internship program.? Act as a leader, advisor and change agent to scale and align talent acquisition processes with our client's?strategic plan for current and forecasted talent.? Direct and lead the Talent Acquisition team to leverage innovative systems, workflows and processes,?including oversight of their applicant tracking system.? Manage the Talent Acquisition workforce to ensure it is appropriately resourced and supported to meet?the evolving needs of the hiring managers. Develop the team?s capabilities, providing regularfeedback, coaching and recognition to individuals.? Oversee all recruiting metrics and reporting analytics, and drive change management in all areas oftalent acquisition across the enterprise.? Partner with client leadership across the enterprise on strategic talent acquisition initiatives such as?inclusion and diversity.? Serve as a senior member of the Corporation?s HR Team, providing input, guidance,?mentoring and innovation across the broader HR Function locally and globally.? Transition the Recruiter role to that of a consultative, client embedded, and metrics driven ?Talent?Advisor?.? Workforce Planning: working with the organization to identify required capability and capacity needs?on a short and long-term basis.? Candidate Experience: from sourcing to interview management and initial on-boarding, ensure our client?delivers an outstanding best-in-class experience that matches, and then exceeds our competition.? Internal Mobility: design and deploy an innovative internal talent marketplace that empowers our staff?to easily identify and engage with hiring teams.Knowledge and Skill Requirements? BA/BS degree required and minimum of 15 years? experience in Talent Acquisition Management? 10+ years in a people leadership role with strong preference for this experience to be in a tech/fast-paced environment and have demonstrated success with technical recruiting.? Thorough understanding of all facets of recruiting focused on team and process leadership.? Strong business acumen particularly in the tech industry, familiar with the competitive talent?environment and the agility needed to stay on top in that environment.? Ability to build effective, influential partnerships with executive level leadership ? as well as strong?relationship building skills with all levels of the organization.? Ability to take initiative, be accountable for individual and team results, and motivate self and others to?set and achieve very high-performance standards.? Proven results for managing in a fast-changing environment, building to scale thoughtfully and?intentionally.? Proven experience as a catalyst for continuous innovation, champion for change management, and?influential and strategic thought leader.? Evidence of being a strong team player with the ability to facilitate team building, develop effective?partnerships and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels to accomplish goals.? Detail oriented, well organized with strong time and project management skills? Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills, with focus on results? Knowledge of OFCCP, AAP, and EEOC compliance as well as global labor regulations preferred.
