As the site-based Project?Construction Manager in northern Virginia, you will have the chance to oversee?a team of construction staff performing project construction activities.??Working with other members of our team, youll contribute to the organization?by leading the delivery of construction projects (or the construction portion?of an EPCM project) for the firms external clients. During your time with?us, you will also have the opportunity to provide motivation and direction to?the project team, typically through multiple site superintendents, construction?managers, and functional managers, Act as one of the companys prime contacts?with the client and is responsible for overall construction work progress and?technical performance on the project,?Lead and manage the construction?project team through site mobilization, execution, and demobilization?activities, consistent with established project delivery processes to ensure?the orderly, efficient, and timely completion of the project scope in?accordance with requirements specified in the contract documents and complete?the scope of work to the satisfaction of the client, while simultaneously?ensuring that HS&E, quality, financial, risk management; business and?policy expectations are met.
