Create and maintain a combination of hard-copy and electronic personnel files. Assist with recruitment efforts as needed. Plan and conduct new employee orientation Provide instruction to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits ?Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and HR programs Compile and maintain reporting required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization Maintain records of benefit plans participation such as insurance and 401k, personnel transactions such as new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting and report these to Corporate in a timely manner. Maintain performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems. Must be able to work flexible hours to include weekends and holidays Other duties as assigned?Supervisory Responsibilities: NONE?Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)
