Let us invest in YOU!About the OpportunityRapid Finance is seeking a detailed, hard-working, creative, well-organized, and enthusiastic HR Coordinator. This role is a 6-month Contract/Temporary position that may be extended based on the growing needs of our company. The right individual will have strong interpersonal, communication, administrative service skills to provide high level support to the HR function. You will actively participate in daily management of programs such as Benefits Administration, Wellness, Rewards and Recognition, and Corporate Culture; support Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll and HRIS processes; and a variety of other projects throughout the year. You will become a trusted advisor by walking the floors, getting to know the team members, and developing strong relationships as you interact with all levels. This position is entry-level and is ideal for someone interested in pursuing a Generalist career in HR.A day in the life of the HR Coordinator includes, but not limited to:Responding to team member and management HR related inquiries regarding benefits enrollment, company policies and HRIS assistance through ADP WorkforceNow. Oversee the benefit programs that include health, dental, vision, disability/life insurance, wellness and 401k. Reconciles benefits related invoices and ensures corrects are made accurately.Monitoring the HRIS, responding to inquiries with a sense of urgency when possible and escalating others for research/review to the appropriate departments both internally and externally.Updating and maintaining highly confidential team member records and HR data; conduct audits of benefit programs for accuracy and compliance.Liaison to outside vendors and business partners, specifically those related to benefit programs. Deal with insurance carriers and gain a thorough understanding of the benefits available to all team members.Raise the level of Rewards/Recognition programs and work with Culture Club on company events.Partnering with the Recruiting team to ensure all job descriptions are up to date, complete with the appropriate FLSA and ADA classifications; Reviewing resumes, phone screening, coordinating in-person interviews, and providing / processing preliminary hiring paperworkPartnering with Payroll Manager to ensure all benefit payroll deductions are imputed correctly into HRIS system and annual audit are being competed to track accuracy. Responding to information requests from other teams by researching issues and pulling reports from ADP as needed.Assisting with on and off boarding processPerforms regular compliance audits and reports (payroll, 401K, HRIS, I-9, and org charts).About YouMust possess a Bachelor's degree (HR focus preferred).You have a minimum of 2 years of knowledge in areas of human resources: benefits, on/off boarding, HRIS/Payroll. Recruiting experience is a plusYou must have experience with ADP WorkforceNow.Must have good time management skills and be capable of multi-tasking across activities and be able to plan workload to effectively accomplish tasks.You have "go-getter" mentality; must be detail-oriented, making sure that all aspects of daily activities are handled with accuracy and minimal mistakes.You understand the importance maintaining confidentiality of proprietary informationYou speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.You are extremely perceptive person who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels within the organization while being sensitive to business needs.You have intermediate to advanced level skills with MS Office and Adobe products, and are comfortable maintaining spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, creating reports, preparing org charts, and drafting/editing correspondence with a high level of attention to detail.Sound like you?
