The Project Director will serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations, manage all scope and performance, deliver contractual obligations from the government and manage project timely and on budget. Experience shall include a project management role for the federal government and/or government contractor; focused on the management of federal programs and implementation of these programs. Experience with project management methodologies eg Agile that will facilitate managing the project's complexities that includes stakeholder input, viable product(s) and positive customer satisfaction. The Project Director shall provide executive direction for the accomplishment of all work to be completed under the task order and shall have responsibility for all operations and staffing decisions. Responsibilities: Manage project team personnel & staff performance Execute Task Orders on time and high-quality Manage communication with the client and internal and external stakeholders as directed by the client Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change; identifying and mitigating risks When appropriate, advise client on areas of improvement/efficiencies and make recommendations Requirements: Experience with clinical quality measure development, clinical quality improvement, public reporting of quality data, and/or stakeholder engagement Minimum 10 years of experience leading complex projects, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience developing quality measures with a record of successful implementation in federal programs Experience in most, if not all of the following: urban health care issues; safety net health care issues; rural and frontier health care issues; population health issues; health care quality and safety issues across the spectrum of care; public reporting of quality measures; health policy and quality measurement; patient health needs and priorities; clinical fields as necessary for measures under development and maintenance, including HQML, CQL, FHIR, SNOMED, LOINC, and ICD-10-CM/PCS coding expertise; complex statistical data analysis; and, managing large, complex health data sets, claims data, electronic health records, and other data sets necessary for development, maintenance, and analysis Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) preferred Masters degree in Healthcare related field required but PhD preferred EEO Employer RELI Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
