Job Summary Reporting directly to the China Sales Managing Director, the Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for vertical sales & new business development for CPG and retail sectors Responsibilities and Duties Develop new clients (including CPGs and retailers) especially in Eastern China and drive vertical sales growth Analyze market positioning, including customers, competitors and partnership requirements to seek more business expansion opportunities Ownership of business plan and execution on the ground of RSi China sales strategy Any other tasks to be designed by China Sales Managing Director Qualifications and Skills Bachelor degree or above, at least 5 years of sales experience in industry software (for CPGs or retailers) or high margin consultative solution SaaS or supply chain related solution sales experience is a plus Comprehensive knowledge and network for CPGs and retailers Result-oriented person with excellent communication skills "Hands-on" in style and highly operational in his / her involvement - "asks for forgiveness rather than asking for permission" ABOUT RETAIL SOLUTIONS, INC.
