Intranet Content ManagerResponsibilities:Define business needs to drive development, functionality and future state of the intranet, mobile employee advocacy and other digital communications channels to enhance employee communication Collaborate with IT to ensure alignment of business roadmaps for future growth and expansion of capabilities Work closely with IT teams to project manage business requirements and feedback as they technically develop and implement new digital communications tools and intranet enhancements Implement strategy and project plans for digital employee communications, including the intranet, collaboration tools, employee apps to drive culture changes toward strong collaboration Research and understand impacts of new social and digital tools on employee communications, leadership, and innovation Support day-to-day intranet changes, included but not limited to: Uploading content, changing layouts and enhancing search-ability Communicate all analyses, insights, and conclusions to leadership by translating analytics into clear, understandable themes and identifying results that drive actionable insightsMonitor system reporting and trends to recommend enhancements
