Galorath Federal is seeking a highly motivated Senior Budget Analyst to work closely with our Federal client. The successful candidate will serve as the functional point of contact for day-to-day budget/financial issues and perform budget formulation work involving review and preparation of budget estimates and financial plans - GFEBS/PPBES/APMS. You will interact with government and contract teams to ensure budget and formulation practices remain in compliance with the DoD Financial Management Regulation (FMR), and relevant DoDI; and prepare, direct, and present briefings, program and budget courses of action, and comprehensive funding strategies using established program requirements to successfully provide timely and responsive exhibits, briefings, and information for senior leadership approval such as Procurement and RDTE Forms, STANFINS, Congressional briefings, and Quarterly Performance Reports. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Over 10 years of experience in budget analysis with 6 to 8 years of experience with an MA/MS/MBA. GFEBS/PPBES/APMS Army budget experience required At least 4 years' experience, education, or training in budget analysis and budget methods and operating procedures BS/BA required with preference in Business, Finance, or Economics.
