Getting to know members and staff from around the world and a generous professional development allowance are frequently cited as among the most popular benefits of working at EO.POSITION SUMMARYThe Human Resource Coordinator will support the HR team to deliver the following HR priorities to include, but not limited to: full cycle recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits administration, and the implementation of global learning and development initiatives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAct as the initial point of contact for HR related issues for employees based within the US and CanadaCompile and ensure consistent implementation within the region of all policies and procedures along with ongoing updates for complianceEnsure all Job descriptions are kept up to date, completed within the global template and include local country hiring requirementsPartner with managers and employees to address performance issues, and collaboratively develop improvement plans Other duties as necessaryQUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREDBA or BS in any field.2-4 years of generalist human resources experience.Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and various HRIS and ATS platforms.Exercises confidentiality and discretion.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must be detail oriented and highly accountable.Approachable and confident to interact with employees at all levels.Must be able to effectively handle multiple tasks, manage projects, and meet deadlines.Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.Utilizes good judgment and strong interpersonal communication skills.Proven computer skills in Microsoft Office application suite and human resources information systems.ADA SPECIFICATIONS:The employee is normally required to work in a high-rise building equipped with elevators in an environment where the noise level is usually moderate. May be assigned to an internal work space without windows to the outside, located in close proximity to other office personnel.Professional workplace where business and business casual attire is required.Ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment.Travel both within the US and internationally up to 25% of the time is required.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the role.
