The DC office of a busy and highly regarded international law firm has an immediate opportunity for an experienced mid-level complex civil litigator with 4-5 years of substantive litigation and trial experience (2014-2015 JDs). Mid-level candidates should possess experience taking and defending depositions, handling all manner of discovery and motions issues, court argument, conducting hearings as well as exposure to a variety of court proceedings. Strong academics from a top-25 law school and a genuine interest in taking on increased responsibility within a practice covering a broad range of litigation subject matters are required. This position will provide access to exciting and challenging cases, a well-respected and established DC office, partner accessibility, and client interaction. Admission to the DC Bar (or waiver eligibility) is required. USDC or US CoA Clerkship experience is a plus, but not required.
