The Academy GE Fellows Program provides the most prestigious experience in the nation for high-potential leaders of the largest health systems. The Fellows Program is an outstanding opportunity for exceptional high-level leaders who aspire to significant corporate-level positions with Leading Health Systems. There are fellowships for administrative, financial, physician and nurse executives.Primary Job Duties:Program manage The Academy GE Fellows Program, which includes cohorts of administrative, financial, nurse and physician executives;Manage The Academy GE Fellows Program's recruitment, nomination and selection processes, core curriculum, evaluation and program components;Work with The Fellows Program Advisory Committees and Faculty to develop meeting programming for the Fellows orientation and annual meetings, as well as the annual Crotonville Seminar at the Jack Welch Leadership Institute;Manage The Academy GE Fellows Alumni Program's recruitment, retention, administration, evaluation, & annual meeting programming;Manage The Academy's Executive-in-Residence Program (Recently retired C-suite executives that serve as mentors and faculty);Oversee progress and design an outcome evaluation of The Academy GE Fellows Action Projects;Collaborate across departments to share ideas and insights on industry thought leadership;Work closely with Meeting Services staff to integrate fellows and fellowship programming with meeting logistics requirements;Oversee production and design of The Academy GE Fellows Program marketing, meeting and graduation materials.Minimum Qualifications:Minimum 5 years experience in program management experienceBachelor's Degree RequiredProject management experienceProven ability to establish credibility and relationships with senior executivesRelevant experience in content development and delivery preferredAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience working within a CRM such as Salesforce.com strongly preferredInterpersonal Skills & Attributes:Effective verbal and written communication sillsAbility to present effectively to groupsAbility to learn healthcare industry trendsCreative thinking and problem solving capabilitiesAble to identify needs of member base proactively and work to addressStrategic mindsetAbility to influence others at senior levelsTeam approach to working with others, ability to perform a variety of duties within any work-dayProcess oriented with the ability to drive a project to completionAttention to detailAbility to work independently and as a team memberSelf-directed and resourcefulExcellent organizational skillsBenefitsThe Academy recruits, rewards, and retains employees by leading the local labor market in total compensation, providing opportunities for employees to advance and develop their careers as a result of the fast-paced, high-growth, nature of our company.
