DRT is Excited to have an opportunity to partner with the FDA and its contractors to support the ongoing delivering of leading-edge informatics and analytics capabilities to expedite the approval of innovative new products and personalized medicines. Through the development of an integrated Platform that enables the rapid processing, validation, management, and analysis of data across the medical product life cycle.Job SummaryThe IT PM shall function as DRT's point of contact with the FDA Program Manager or Contracting Officer Representative (COR). The IT PM will provide guidance, leadership and the required technical services to ensure program analysis, communication, coordination and collaboration across various stakeholders. The IT PM will undertake all necessary functions to ensure work performed on the various projects is organized and results in favorable outcomes for the FDA. This requires the IT PM to conduct program management of concurrent projects or work streams bringing to the attention of the FDA any conflicts between the requirements of this project and FDA program management guidance. The IT PM will facilitate and attend periodic review meetings with FDA personnel and designated contractors. These meetings will have a defined format and agenda. In addition, ad hoc communications and meetings will occur to prevent problems from arising or to resolve potential conflicts immediately. The forum and frequency of FDA interface meetings will be determined by the FDA Program PM, COR or appropriate designee.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with FDA and contractors to lead projects in a transparent and productive way, applying standard project management practiceEstablish effective stakeholder routines to ensure FDA sponsorship and adoption at all levelsAbility to apply excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to manage a diverse set of stakeholders, contractors and senior leadersStrong negotiation, organization and influencing skillsPrioritize work to meet internal commitments and maintain momentum on numerous simultaneous projectsFacilitation (small meetings, large meetings, planning sessions)Maintain a flexible style to accommodate shifting business priorities and organizational change support needsRequired Experience6 - 10 years of successfully managing large, complex, cross-functional project teamsDemonstrated experience managing projects leveraging a variety of development methodologies, including Scrum and WaterfallAbility to present concepts to individuals and large groups - proven management of sponsor and stakeholder relationshipsExperience leading complex IT projects including CLOUD Based Platforms and the latest machine learning technologiesPrior experience providing management consulting expertise inside the government with multiple centers, business interests and governance challengesPrior experience supporting complex, technology-driven business transformationsStrong written and oral communication skillsFamiliarity with blockchain "Connected computers reaching agreements over shared data"Education and TrainingBachelor's degree, MBA preferred with 6-10yrs experienceFormalized project management trainingProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationCertified Scrum Master (CSM) certificationDRT Strategies, Inc.
