Focused Cyber Is seeking a Senior Cyber security Compliance Analyst Key Role: Apply knowledge of Cybersecurity and privacy analysis and consulting throughout the security assessment and compliance lifecycle process. Maintain responsibility for analyzing and finalizing Cyber security and privacy policies, programs, compliance artifacts, or standards supporting government and industry security compliance, systems accreditation, and management, as needed. Analyze the development of the documentation, validation, and accreditation processes necessary to ensure systems meet security and privacy requirements. Assess the effectiveness of an organizationﾒs IT security and privacy training program, including conducting social engineering exercises to ensure training remains consistent with current Cybersecurity and privacy threats and policies and assist with achieving full compliance with all laws and regulations. Provide leadership and mentoring to junior employees. Contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly creative solutions. Basic Qualifications: -8+ years of experience with IT program or project management -5+ years of experience with IT program management in the Army, DoD, or IC -Experience with the development and execution of knowledge management best practices and the automation of knowledge management frameworks in order to enhance processes and procedures for the management of a project -Experience with delivering large or complex projects for DoD organizations on time and in budget -Knowledge of DoD 8500 series, NIST SP 800 series, DoD regulations and instructions, including 8570-01, DoDI 8530.01, CJCSI 6510.01, and Risk Management Framework (RMF) -Ability to evaluate the design and effectiveness of controls and standards to ensure compliance with the applicable audits and inspections for the organizatio -BA or BS degree -DoD 8570 IAT Level III Certification Additional Qualifications: -TS/SCI clearance Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Integrating a full range of consulting capabilities, We are proud of our diverse environment, EOE, M/F/Disability/Vet.
