Job Summary FIN is looking for a self-driven project manager who loves digital strategy, web & mobile app projects, and wants to grow their skills rapidly. Our ideal candidate has experience managing development/digital partners, content management systems (primarily WordPress, Heroku, Salesforce and Drupal), product development strategy, and client management. More importantly, he or she won't ever be satisfied with "good enough". Daily work will include project research and strategy, managing the progress of projects through each stage of production, project auditing, Developer - to - client communication, and general management. This will also include reporting updates at weekly/monthly status meetings, managing the entire success and completion of a project, ensuring revisions are implemented, uploading content to content management systems, and rigorously testing deliverables prior to launch. Responsibilities and Duties Manage multiple company projects with overall front-end and back-end site support and maintenance. Establish the scope and timing of projects based on strategic business priorities. Conduct competitive research and develop application functionality outlines (to include plugin suggestions), sitemaps, and wireframes for in support of design and development. Develop a detailed description of all deliverables, final cost from project plan, and 'client-ready' schedule to be included in the project kick-off meeting. Maintain project schedule and drive development around the specified timeframe. Keep projects on track with daily or weekly schedule reminders/updates, including any resource restrictions necessary to stay on budget. Build business and functional requirements documents with stakeholder input for remote development teams. When integrated projects are in the process, keep all counterparts in respective disciplines fully informed to ensure consistency across all creative; work with traffic and all production departments to create integrated timelines. Lead the design process; implement designs with developers. Develop and own the quality assurance process (cross-browser, cross-device testing, link checks, functionality testing, bug-tracking oversight) to ensure all issues are resolved prior to launch. Organize all QA feedback and distribute to appropriate team members. Create QA documents/feedback if needed for partners or client tech staff. Manage all internal approvals before client reviews and or final delivery of work. Manage all client approvals including written sign-offs necessary for project continuation and fee billings. Develop and implement post-launch tasks (Google Analytics setup, implementation of meta data, implementation of 301 redirects, etc.). Maintain all project documentation and paperwork in an organized fashion, including next steps or phase two items that are raised but not accomplished in the current round of development. Create all training materials for clients, and train them to manage application updates directly after launch. Research new online communication tools and practices. Identify trends /common problems and come up with solutions. Develop additional skills, certifications, and other banks of knowledge in the Internet industry by attending professional conferences, leading seminars with colleagues, and keeping all relative qualifications and certificates up to date. Ensure work produced for a client meets a high standard of quality and fits the expectations of the client and the defined strategy. Provide exceptional client relations support with clear communication and timely projects status updates, always exceeding each client's expectations. Participate in on-site and off-site client meetings. Qualifications and Skills Minimum 2-5 years managing digital projects, preferably in an Agency environment Experience project managing responsive website development Knowledge of development principles of Site Development, Application Development, Bot Development, VR Development and IOT Development Hands-on experience with CMS systems (such as WordPress) Experience with detailed QA testing process Experience with UX design Experience with eCommerce and associated platforms Experience or knowledge of SEM, SEO, and content audit process Knowledge of FTP Basic HTML/CSS knowledge Adept at forecasting project timelines and resources Background in creative team management Able to properly and clearly communicate with web and mobile developers.
