Job Responsibilities: The Performance Tester / PL/SQL developer will need to critically analyze/troubleshoot code that may not be well documented to quickly identify and report on issues uncovered during performance testing. Candidates will work with a team to create performance testing plans for the enterprise application, execute the tests, analyze/troubleshoot during and after execution, and provide high level executive summaries on metrics/issues. The developer will also be responsible for designing, developing, testing, debugging, and documenting complex database objects, ensuring all modules satisfy end user requirements and business needs. They will also collaborate with other technical team members to understand and develop new technical solutions. The developer will be involved in all areas of the of the software development lifecycle including design, build, test, deploy, and support. LCAT Requirements: Codes, tests, debugs, and documents basic new programs and modifications to existing programs to meet design specifications. Assists in the research and analysis of existing systems and program requirements. Performs data analysis to support internal and external project needs. Assists in the completion of component testing by preparing test data, running tests, and documenting and evaluating results. Assists in developing screen tests and debugging problems. Participates in quality assurance activities such as peer reviews. Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation. Required Skills: US Citizen/Green Card Bachelor's Degree Public Trust Clearance 2+ years of professional work experience in Oracle PL/SQL development 2+ years of professional work experience with managing enterprise performance testing Must have an IT related degree and/or appropriate certifications Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills including the ability to work with technical and non-technical/business peers and managers Preferred Skills: SI background, preferably with experience of either development in one of the core technologies - Oracle PL/SQL or Java Strong problem solving and analytical skills Experience working with Agile development practices
