We're looking for a skilled, mid-level Project Manager to join us in delivering excellent results for our Federal Government clients. You will be essential to the success of this project as you lead your team and develop new, innovative solutions to complex business challenges. Your problem-solving ability, analytical mind, and drive to exceed expectations will lead you to excel in this role.OverviewAs a Project Manager at Centeva, you will be responsible for ensuring successful outcomes for our Federal client by improving the performance and efficiency of business processes within the Federal Acquisition domain by analyzing end-user and stakeholder needs, recommending solutions, assisting in the coordination of multiple projects comprising the client's portfolio, and managing the execution of approved initiatives. You will be the customer's primary point of interaction and will represent Centeva by continuing our tradition of building strong relationships with our customers through delivering service excellence.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist in the key project management stages to include: project planning, project tracking and reportingCoordinating project-related communications among many stakeholdersRefining, developing, and monitoring metrics to assess the success of projectsManage various activities and develop tools in support of periodic data collection, analysis, consolidation, and presentationFacilitate business process analysis and improvementAssess "As Is" and "To Be" processes and documenting gapsDefine project scope with client inputUnderstand and recommend solutions to improve user experienceEstablish standard operating proceduresSupport organizational Change ManagementProvide risk and issue management supportResolve issues/ provide help desk support; facilitate end-user training and for Centeva acquisition productsLeads project team and provides supervises and oversees assigned projects (eg task orders)Develops task assignments for other project team membersAnticipates cost and schedule problems and works to resolve themReconciles all charges against the contractMonitors projects and keeps the customer and the agency management informed of project status on a regular basisIdentifies possible acquisition support activities and prepares for necessary support resources including project staffing requirementsManages project personnel and ensures quality support is provided to the agency, its customers, and stakeholdersQualificationsMinimum Education, bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical, or business fields of studyCertified Project Management Professional (PMP)Three (3) to Five (5) years experience in managing large and complex programs (ie IDIQ/BPA and task order requirements)Three (3) to Five (5) years experience in managing the activities and staff of a financial, acquisition, or business effortExpertise in Project Management and the Project Management LifecycleAbility to effectively communicate with, facilitate, and advise, senior managementStrong experience in advanced use of Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint (or equivalentsAbility to work both independently and as part of a team.Self-starter attitude with passion for learning and taking on more responsibility.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, emerging growth environmentDesiredExperience and/or expertise in Federal AcquisitionExperience in a Project Management Office (PMO)Experience with Scrum or Kanban agile software development methodologiesExperience with the software development life-cycle (SDLC)BenefitsCenteva offers:Health, dental, and vision insurance; 80% of all plan member premiums are paid by CentevaEmployee Life InsuranceShort and Long-Term Disability InsurancePTO and all 10 Federal Holidays as paid days off401(k) with up to 4% employer matchPaid gym membership*Professional certification course and examination reimbursement*Professional development and training**upon approval
