Alliance Pointe is looking for a Training Manager for a full-time contract position. The overall objective of the Training Manager is to assist with planning, coordinating, and scheduling training associated with the deployment of a new business software application. They will also be responsible for recommending the most efficient means to train and overseeing all training activities as they correspond with their respected army component. They will be responsible for working with stakeholders to schedule and coordinate training delivery to each Army Component. The training manager will assess the suitability of each training location and review final products before providing feedback as well as conduct surveys for each training site. Government expectations must be understood and final products must be reviewed. The training manager will also have to review training products to ensure Shareable Content Object Reference Model compliance. Responsibilities Assist the government in obtaining new equipment training (NET) requirements Provide assistance with translation and conveyance of the NET and sustainment requirements for development of training products Develop training products Assist with coordinating training locations and plans Manage the deployment of instructor led packages to all personnel Assess and evaluate all training activities Provide feedback to improve contractor products Position will require travel up to 80% Skills/Requirements Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration or relevant technical field At least 5 years experience in relevant field At least 2 years direct experience of developing training products for DoD information systems Knowledge of TRADOC regulation and systems approach to training Knowledge of management processes and products Must be able to pass a background check MINIMUM SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED ELIGIBILITY VERIFICATION: In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
