Beyond is seeking an experienced sales professional who is tired of the status quo and wants to help change the face of the merchant services industry. You must be the type of individual that enjoys working with other high performers and craves the challenge of closing deals. The Division Director position includes a lucrative compensation model that offers overrides on every sale in their division, lifetime residuals, portfolio equity, and portfolio buybacks.In addition, every Beyond employee hired will have the opportunity to own part of the company. The Division Director will lead a team of Business Advocates and Team Leads that are responsible for providing point-of-sale, payment processing, lending, payroll, and integrated HR services to small and mid-size business owners. What You Will DoDrive revenue growth by onboarding and training a team of highly motivated Business Advocates and Team Leads.Be a subject matter expert for your sales team and clients in all areas of merchant servicesGrow your team through outbound recruiting and interviewingLearn and understand all statements, hardware, software, and reporting offered by BeyondDeliver solution driven presentations to business partnersOrganize your day and week around competing demandsImplement a team strategy to exceed sales and headcount growth goalsWork closely with your team for prospecting, training, and development Accurately track and record activities in SalesforceBe a strong leader and mentor within our organizationServe as local sales manager of designated areas within division Who You AreProven sales professional, 5+ years of experience2+ years of experience in payment processing, point of sale, or payroll sales are preferredTried and true sales leader with a proven track record of building top tier sales teamsKnowledge of the company's products, services and business operationsAdvanced presentation, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work well under pressureAbility to solve problems and find creative solutions to sales challengesDesire to excel and grow within the organizationSalesforce CRM experienceProficiency in MS Office applications, eg, Word, Excel and PowerPointAbility to work both independently with minimal supervisionMultilingual candidates are a plus About UsBeyond strives to simplify operations, reduce costs and streamline payments for small and mid-size business owners across the country.
